How do I install Fedora?

  1. Download the Fedora ISO file from the official website (https://getfedora.org/en/workstation/download/).
  2. Create a bootable USB drive using the ISO file. You can use a tool like "Fedora Media Writer" (https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/creating-windows-installation-media/) to do this.
  3. Insert the bootable USB drive into your computer and restart it.
  4. Press the appropriate key to enter the BIOS or UEFI setup utility. This key is usually displayed on the screen during the boot process and may be one of the following: Del, F2, F10, F12, or Esc.
  5. Navigate to the "Boot" or "Boot Order" menu and set the USB drive as the first boot device.
  6. Save the changes and exit the BIOS or UEFI setup utility.
  7. The computer will now boot from the USB drive and the Fedora installation program will start.
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, keyboard layout, and time zone.
  9. Select the "Erase disk and install Fedora" option to format the hard drive and install Fedora.
  10. Select the hard drive where you want to install Fedora and click "install now".
  11. Fill in your user information and your computer will install Fedora.
  12. Restart your computer and you can now login with your user credentials and start using Fedora.

Note: The above steps are a general guide and may vary slightly depending on the computer and version of Fedora you are installing. Be sure to read and follow the instructions provided by the Fedora installation program.
