Setup Windows 11 on a Local account

If you're setting up Windows 11 and Microsoft is forcing you to setup online or with a Microsoft account, here is a simple trick to bypass that and setup as local.

While on the setup screen press Shift + F10 and type ms-cxh:localonly then press Enter. After doing so it should prompt you to create a local account.
